提出書類 Documents to be Submitted ■国費留学生 –Japanese Government Scholarship Students (MEXT)– ■私費留学生 –private expense international students–

学生教育研究災害傷害保険　・　学研災付帯賠償責任保険　のパンプレット ・Personal Accident Insurance for Students Pursuing Education and Research (“Gakkensai”) ・Liability Insurance coupled with “Gakkensai” (“Futaibaiseki”)★海外特別入試受験者は，渡日後に払い込んでください。払込用紙は渡日後，お渡しします。 ★Those who took Overseas Selection for International Students:After arriving in Japan, please pay it at the post office. The transfer form will be given to you after you arrive in Japan.
